Over the past 20 years, renowned illustrator John Burgoyne has produced more than 150 intricate, hand-drawn illustrations for Cook’s Illustrated magazine. Now, for the first time ever, America’s Test Kitchen is proud to partner with Mr. Burgoyne and offer a select number of fine art prints featuring this iconic artwork.

The familiar raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry are members of the rose family, with all of the fragrance that the name implies. Mulberries, which look much like blackberries but have a sweeter taste, are not cultivated in the United States but do grow wild in much of the country. Huckleberries and blueberries are often confused, but the former are slightly more tart than their blue cousins, with thicker, glossier skin and small, hard seeds at their center. Currants and gooseberries, which come from the same family, are more often cooked than eaten raw, although white currants are sweet enough to eat out of hand. Elderberries, which are quite sour, are best served in jam or wine.
